Female condom insertion and removal:
1. Carefully take the condom out of the package and unroll it;
2. Slide the sealed end as far into the vagina as possible;
3. Check that the condom is correctly in place. The lower ring is positioned in the vaginal opening;
4. After the semen has been ejaculated and the penis has been withdrawn from the vagina, squeeze the outer ring of the condom and twist it upwards to prevent the semen from escaping. Then remove the condom. You could tie a knot in the used condom to stop the semen from leaking out.

NOTE: Condoms can be inserted up to eight hours before sexual intercourse.
