Order Processing

Order fulfillment begins once payment has been received in the Metsepole OÜ bank account.
We will prepare and dispatch your package within three (3) business days at the latest.

Delivery Options

We deliver orders to:

• Omniva parcel lockers and post offices,

• DPD parcel lockers,

• Smartpost parcel lockers,

• Or via courier services.

The Kondoomipood team respects your privacy — no advertisements or labels indicating the contents will be placed on the package.

We also ship to Finland via Smartpost.

Delivery Times

Within Estonia, parcels are generally delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
