Once you have registered and logged in with your username and password, your details are already pre-filled and you only need to check them and make any necessary changes. Select the delivery method. In order to be able to confirm your order, you need to specify the delivery method. You can choose between Itella SmartPost and Omniva parcel machines or Omniva post office. From the drop-down menu, you can select the location where you would like to receive the goods.

Please be sure to enter your mobile phone number as suppliers do not recognise landlines. The supplier will send you an SMS when the parcel has arrived at the destination of your choice.

Choose the payment method. There are three ways to pay “Pay by bank transfer” or make a payment via SEB, SWEDBANK or Payment Centre bank links.
In case the system should be on hold or take longer to load you can click the “refresh” button on the order page to reload the page. The page will refresh itself and you can continue with your order.
PAYMENT BY TRANSFER
1. As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with the order number and the amount to be paid, as well as our bank account numbers. Be sure to include the order number or the order id code in the payment explanation!
2. When paying by invoice in another bank, the payment is not immediately notified to our system and in this case the payment is considered to have been made when the funds are credited to our account. There is no inter-bank transfer during the weekend.
3. Your order will be processed after the payment has been received.
4. The payment term for payment by bank transfer is 3 days. If the order is not paid by the due date, the order will be cancelled.
5. If you wish to receive the goods more quickly, please send an e-mail with the payment order. We will be able to check and ship the goods as soon as possible.
PAYMENT BY BANKING
1. Choose either bank transfer or the Montonio payment solution, which can be used to pay via the “Swedbank”, “SEB”, “LHV” , “Nordea” , “Danske” and “Krediidipank” links.
2. To pay by bank transfer, click on the logo of your home bank and you will be redirected to the Internet banking page, where you will find a pre-filled payment order. Make sure that the amount is correct and confirm the transaction. Then, don’t forget to click on the “Return to merchant” button – only then will our system immediately notify you that you have made the payment.
You enter your bank details directly into the bank or the Banks Card Centre system. No information related to your bank account and payment will be stored in a secure SSL connection.
