Order processing will start upon receipt of payment to Metsepole O\u00dc bank account. Package assembly is within two business days, packages are shipped no later than 48 hours after placing an order.<\/p>\n

Goods are delivered by\u00a0Omniva\u00a0or SmartPost parcel terminals all over Estonia.<\/p>\n

No need to worry- our shop team respects your privacy and does not put on any ads or other references to the package content.<\/p>\n

We also send parcels to Finland, using Smartpost.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

Within Estonia-packages are delivered within the next day, within the Baltic countries the parcels delivery time takes up to two days.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, parcels inserted before emptying the terminals t\u00fchjendamisaega arrive at the destination according to the selected service, either on Monday or Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Delivery time in Estonia is D+1, if a parcel is inserted to a terminal before emptying time or delivered promptly to a carrier.<\/p>\n

From one terminal to another, from a terminal to carrier, from a carrier to the terminal and carrier to carrier sent packages are delivered by the next day from the handed over day (excluding Sunday), if the package has been handed over before the emptying time.<\/p>\n

From terminal to post office, from post office to post office and from post office to terminal sent packages are delivered by the next day from the handed over day.<\/p>\n

About Itella SmartPOST<\/p>\n

Itella SmartPOST is the oldest and most well-known automated parcel service provider in Estonia. Our mission is to make it as convenient and quick as possible for our customers to send and receive parcels.<\/p>\n

Itella SmartPOST delivers items ordered from online stores and home shopping catalogues. Additionally, you can use our self-service parcel terminals for personal or business deliveries all over Estonia as well as Finland and the rest of Europe.<\/p>\n

Designing SmartPOST parcel terminals started in 2007. Two years later in 2009, we opened the network of self-service parcel terminals. We chose shopping centres all over Estonia as the locations for the terminals, in order to best fit in our customers\u2019 daily schedules.<\/p>\n

2010 brought a big leap for us \u2013 the success of parcel terminals in Estonia sparked the interest of the Finnish postal company Itella. SmartPOST became Itella SmartPOST and the brand spread to Finland.<\/p>\n

Our company employs people who are dedicated daily to offer the most convenient and top-quality parcel services to our customers.<\/p>\n

Receiving the parcel<\/strong><\/p>\n

As soon as the parcel arrives at the destination terminal, we send the receiver an SMS with all the necessary information for pick-up.<\/p>\n

Our map of parcel terminals (click here) will help you locate the terminal where your parcel was delivered.<\/p>\n

To receive the parcel, all you need to do is enter the code sent to you via SMS into the screen on the parcel terminal \u2013 after that, the locker door will open and the parcel is yours!<\/p>\n

Once you’re there at the terminal, the guidelines on the touch-screen will assist you further \u2013 it will help to you complete the card payment and will then open the suitable locker door for your package.<\/p>\n

Be sure to have your bank card with you, since the terminal will require a card payment.<\/p>\n
