Buyer’s Guide and terms and conditions<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<\/header>
The seller, Metsepole O\u00dc, sells goods via www.kondoomipood.ee.<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\nThese terms and conditions apply to purchase and sales contracts (hereinafter referred to as the contract), which are concluded between the person ordering the goods (hereinafter referred to as the client) and Metsepole O\u00dc (hereinafter referred to as the seller) in the online shop Kondoomipood.ee. The purchase-sale contract is deemed to be concluded when the order has been transmitted by the Client and the order confirmation\/invoice has been sent to the Client’s e-mail address. NOTE: The information provided by you is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties (except as provided by law). <\/span><\/span>\nUser support and information on goods and services is provided by e-mail info@kondoomipood.ee in English and Estonian.<\/span><\/span>\nChanges to goods and services may be made by the seller at any time and without notice.<\/span><\/span>\nThe information displayed on all billboards is valid until the date displayed, or until the billboard is displayed.<\/span><\/span>\nAll prices are in Euro and all prices include VAT. In the top right corner of the screen, you can see the current total of your shopping cart and the quantity of products. To view the contents of your shopping cart in more detail, click on the “View Cart” icon in the top right corner of the screen. <\/span><\/span>\n3. If you want to order more products, continue selecting products. For each product you wish to purchase, please set the appropriate quantity number and click on the “Add to cart” icon next to the product. <\/span><\/span>\nVIEW AND EDIT SHOPPING CART CONTENTS<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\n1. You can see the contents of your shopping cart in the top right corner of the page.<\/span><\/span>\n2. Once you have selected all the products you want, click on the “Checkout” icon and you will be shown the detailed contents of your shopping cart.<\/span><\/span>\n3. To remove the product from the shopping cart, click on the “delete” bin icon on the product row or reduce the quantity to zero “0”. The product will then be removed from the cart and the contents of the cart will be automatically updated. <\/span><\/span>\n4. In order to be able to confirm your order, you need to specify the delivery method. You can choose between Itella SmartPost and Omniva parcel machines or Omniva post office. From the drop-down menu, you can select the location where you would like to receive the goods.\nDelivery prices are displayed behind the drop-down menu.\nPlease be sure to enter your mobile phone number as suppliers do not recognise landlines. The supplier will send you an SMS when the parcel has arrived at the destination of your choice.\nRead more about Delivery here.<\/a>\nIf you have any questions about delivery or the goods, you can enter additional information.\nChoose the payment method. There are three ways to pay “Pay by bank transfer” or make a payment via SEB, SWEDBANK or Payment Centre bank links.\nIn case the system should be on hold or take longer to load you can click the “refresh” button on the order page to reload the page. The page will refresh itself and you can continue with your order. \nPAYMENT BY TRANSFER<\/strong>\n1. As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with the order number and the amount to be paid, as well as our bank account numbers. Be sure to include the order number or the order id code in the payment explanation!\n2. When paying by invoice in another bank, the payment is not immediately notified to our system and in this case the payment is considered to have been made when the funds are credited to our account. There is no inter-bank transfer during the weekend.\n3. Your order will be processed after the payment has been received.\n4. The payment term for payment by bank transfer is 3 days. If the order is not paid by the due date, the order will be cancelled.\n5. If you wish to receive the goods more quickly, please send an e-mail with the payment order. We will be able to check and ship the goods as soon as possible. \nPAYMENT BY BANKING<\/strong>\n1. Choose either bank transfer or the Montonio payment solution, which can be used to pay via the “Swedbank”, “SEB”, “LHV” , “Nordea” , “Danske” and “Krediidipank” links.\n2. To pay by bank transfer, click on the logo of your home bank and you will be redirected to the Internet banking page, where you will find a pre-filled payment order. Make sure that the amount is correct and confirm the transaction. Then, don’t forget to click on the “Return to merchant” button – only then will our system immediately notify you that you have made the payment. \nYou enter your bank details directly into the bank or the Banks Card Centre system. No information related to your bank account and payment will be stored in a secure SSL connection. <\/span><\/span>\nThe execution of the order will start after the payment has been received on the bank account of Metsepole O\u00dc.<\/span><\/span>\nKOWBA KOGALETOIMETAMINE<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\n1. We will deliver your order to you by Omniva or SmartPOST. See delivery details. <\/span><\/span>\nGUARANTEE AND TAGASTAMINE<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\nThe time limit for lodging a complaint under LOA \u00a7 218 applies to all products. The invoice\/purchase invoice is valid as proof of return. In the case of products, we ask you to follow the instructions for use and the instructions for use accompanying the goods.
